Mike Dyck is the founder and owner of Big Block Inverting. He comes from a background of innovation beginning on the Peace country farm where he was raised.
After leaving the farm he began a 25 year career in the manufacturing, design and repair business with Davco Solutions. This is where Mike found his love of problem solving, engineering solutions and making them a reality.
The downturn of 2010 brought changes. Mike entered the Gas Compression service industry and quickly saw opportunities. After watching the field mechanics roll an engine block in the buildings, Mike knew there had to be a better way, and so did his customers. ConocoPhillips was instrumental in creating the demand for this type of technology to reduce safety concerns and cost. Big Block Inverting Ltd was born.
